Nutrition is the foundation for ANY wellness, fitness, weight loss plan and performance gains.  You CAN NOT outwork a bad diet.  Improving the quality of your food and proportioning it appropriately should be the first step in achieving your goals.

So that being said, starting this January 17th we will begin the Whole Life Challenge.  It is an eight week challenge that is focused on improving your nutrition as well as incorporating whole body wellness including stretching, mobility, exercise, sleep quality, water intake, etc.  There are 3 levels of commitment from beginner to advanced.  This is the best way to get you closer to your fitness goals and a great way to start the year.
