Courtney is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer, Certified CrossFit Kids Instructor, CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer, CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer, Aerobic Capacity Ambassador and co-owner of CrossFit DFW. Courtney became a CrossFit coach in 2011 and has loved every minute of it. Her education includes a B.S. from Abilene Christian University and 9 years of teaching experience. Courtney loves the constant improvement, challenge, and community that CrossFit provides, but her main joy is seeing someone accomplish a goal they never thought they could reach.
Lance is a co-owner of CrossFit DFW, a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer, CrossFit Kids Trainer, Crossfit Olympic Lifting Trainer, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Competitors Course Certified, CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer and an Aerobic Capacity Ambassador. Since being introduced to CrossFit in 2008, Lance has been an evangelist of constantly varied, high intensity and functional fitness. Having spent over 25 years as a rock climbing and mountaineering guide Lance has a unique understanding of safely pushing your body to its limits and he has dedicated his life to helping people pursue their goals.
Maggie is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. She was trained as a ballet dancer for many of her grade school and college years and went on to study Musical Theater at Sam Houston State University. While she has only in the past 3 years become an athlete through CrossFit, she has such a passion for the community of CrossFit and what that means to her health and family. Maggie absolutely loves the challenges that come with each workout of the day and is always wanting to improve and help others reach their goals. The people at CrossFit DFW are her family and she is motivated by them each day she walks into the box.
Megan is a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. She has been involved in sports her entire life including volleyball, softball and golf. She found CrossFit in 2011 and hasn’t looked back ever since. Megan loves the challenge, community and competition. She hopes to share her passion for CrossFit with others, while helping improve their overall fitness and reach their goals.
Bonnie is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. She coaches multiple classes but her passion for kids shows every Tuesday and Thursday as she leads the Crossfit Kids classes.
Jojo is a CrossFit Level I instructor. She is an excellent trainer who is known as “strong momma” by those who train with her.
Jeremy is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Some say the source of his strength is his beard but we are not so sure. Jeremy wants to see everyone do their best and grow their level of fitness day in, day out.
Josh is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. He works as a full-time fire fighter but his love for Crossfit pushes him give his best every day inside and outside the box.
Amy is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She specializes in weightlifting and is a great asset to the Crossfit DFW team of trainers.
