Every 6 months at CrossFit DFW we take a week to track our individual athletes progress by performing 6 benchmark workouts over 6 days. These workouts are universal to all CrossFit and given names to honor some of the original CrossFit female athletes. While we track progress throughout the year with other measurements, this bi-annual “Girls Week” is a tremendous snapshot of ones improved fitness as well as a week of butt-kicking workouts. October 7-12, 2013 – Fran, Annie, Grace, Helen, Elizabeth and Barbara will be visiting our box. You don’t want to miss them!
