Sunday Skills 9/14 – Pull-ups

Sunday Skills 9/7 – PiYo

This Sunday we return to our Sunday Skills sessions.  September 7th from 2:00-3:00 pm PiYo will be offered.  So pry yourself off the couch and away from Opening Weekend of the NFL and come work on your strength and mobility. Open Gym will follow from 3:00-4:00 pm.
