September 3rd – Our September Men vs. Women Challenge begins September 3rd. Details can be found in the box!
September 14th – “Out of the Box” – Join us for dinner at Hard 8 BBQ in Roanoke at 7:00 pm. Leave the kids at home for this one!
September 15th – “Sunday Skills” @ 2:00 pm – Kirsten will be teaching Piyo from 2:00-3:00 Sunday afternoon followed by an hour of “Open Gym” from 3:00-4:00 pm. Free to all members.
September 22nd – “Sunday Skills” @ 2:00 pm – Michael Rountree will be offering coaching for several gymnastic elements Sunday afternoon from 2:00-3:00 followed by an hour of “Open Gym” from 3:00-4:00 pm. Free to all members.
September 29th – “Sunday Skills” @ 2:00 pm – Come get expert coaching from Michael Calvert on improving your shoulder to overhead movements. Sunday afternoon from 2:00-3:00 followed by an hour of “Open Gym” from 3:00-4:00 pm. Free to all members.
October 5th – We are heading out to support a great cause by participating in “Jenny’s Run for Hope” 10K, 5K or 1 mile Fun Run. Bring the kids or come alone to run and support this cause.
October 20th – “Family Field Day” – 3:00 pm – Events will be held for families, kids, adults and individuals. This will be a fun day of fitness and most likely some laughter! Pot Luck Dinner to follow.
October 26th – HalloWOD – Come out to Aledo to support our CrossFit DFW athletes competing in the HalloWOD.
November 2nd-3rd – “Camping and Rock Climbing” – That’s right, we will be rock climbing, hiking and camping in Mineral Wells, TX. Come alone or bring the family but DO NOT miss this weekend!
