There is nothing to fear coming to a Crossfit Box. If you haven’t exercised in a while, its ok. Our movements are easily modifiable to any level. We also offer a variety of class options including a no barbell class and an endurance class. These two classes are designs with cardio and body weight driven movements in mind.

We want you to come try a Sat. morning class and experience Crossfit for yourself.
Step 2) Sign up
Our memberships are monthly. No long term contracts and you can cancel at any time.
Step 3) Crossfit Basics
New members are asked to start with Crossfit Basics. This class will teach basic movements and get your ready for Crossfit
Step 4) Meet others
You will make friends. It happens when you sweat and work hard together. Our community is one of the major benefits of CFDFW.
