Our bi-annual Girls Week begins October 9th and runs 6 days through October 14th. This is a great week to measure your progress on the journey to improved fitness. The workouts will be the same 6 Girl Workouts that we do each Fall. Make sure to join us this week to track your progress through these 6 tests!
Join us the next 4 Friday nights at 6:30 pm to cheer on our athletes competing in the 2017 CrossFit Open. In addition to the worldwide competition we have divided our 75 athletes into 3 teams for our Intramural Competition. Its a great encouraging and fun environment. Our annual in-house competition happens January 21st. Regardless of your current level of fitness there is a division for you compete in. Rx, Intermediate and Scaled divisions allow you to challenge yourself and compete against others on a similar fitness level. The workouts for each division are listed below. The cost is $30. Wednesday, November 23 – We will be open for our 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 am and Noon classes. All afternoon and evening classes are cancelled. Thursday, November 24 – We are CLOSED all day for Thanksgiving. Friday, November 25 – 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 am classes are the ONLY classes of the day. Saturday, November 26 – We have our 8:30 am class then we will be playing Ultimate Frisbee at 9:30.
