Alright folks our bi-annual “Girls Week” begins Monday, October 12 and runs through Saturday, October 17. This is a great chance to test your fitness and see how much you have improved and where you need to spend some time working. However this time around there will be a change. We will now be offering 6 different “Girl WOD’s”. The plan is now to repeat the same 6 “Girl Workouts” every year instead of every 6 months. This allows us to benchmark our fitness twice a year with 12 different WOD’s. Get ready! It all begins next week!
